In accordance with the North Carolina General Statutes, we are pleased to present the County of Greene's recommended operating budget for Fiscal Year 2009-2010. As required by North Carolina law, the budget is submitted for the Board of Commissioner's consideration by June 1, 2009, and in a balanced form.

The Board of Commissioners continues to lead Greene County government in a very positive direction through progressive programs and vision.
