Greene County is proud to announce that Tax Property Record Cards (PRCs) are now available online through our webmapping and directly if you have the parcel number!

Please note that PRCs are accurate as of the date shown on the card, and changes may have been made since they were last generated. We recommend that you compare the tax values on the cards (with anticipated updates quarterly) to the tax values shown in the online webmapping (updated twice monthly) to determine if changes have been made.

Property Record Cards are 2 pages each, and some parcels have multiple cards.  The date the card was generated is located in the lower left-hand corner of the first page.

Tax Cards are in Adobe pdf format and you will need to download Adobe Reader (free download from PRC page) to view them.

Property Record Cards are accessed in Online Webmapping either in Search Results or in Information Results. Click on the yellow "Tax Card" link to access the Tax Card Search page with that parcel selected.

Search Results

Perform a search for a parcel by any of the available search criteria and matching results will appear in the Search Results tab at the bottom of the screen.  Find the parcel in that list and click the yellow "Tax Card" link as shown below.

Information Results

While viewing a map, you can get information on a parcel by clicking the Info Button picture of info button and then clicking on the parcel for which you want information.  The Information Tab on the right will display the information about the parcel and a yellow "Tax Card" link is located near the top of that tab as shown below.

Selecting the yellow "Tax Card" link will take you to the Tax Card page with that parcel already selected.

Upon selecting a tax card in the Online Webmapping you will be taken to the Property Record Card page with the parcel already selected. Links to PRCs will show at the bottom of the page "Card 1" "Card 2" etc.  Click the link to view or right-click to download and save the files.

If you know the parcel number, you may bypass the Online Webmapping and go directly to the Property Record Card Page. Type the Parcel Number (7-digits, don't leave out any 0's at the beginning) and click "Search".  Links to cards will appear at the bottom of the page.
